Taco Cornbread Pizza
1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
taco fixins ie: lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on box.
Spread batter in greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
Brown meat, drain and season according to seasoning mix package.
Spread refried beans over crust.
Sprinkle/spread beef over beans.
Top with cheese.
Bake 4-5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with fixins.

Alisa!!!! Love the new blog and am so glad to see you back on here, blogging away! I agree with Taylor - you must get back on Facebook! If you have time to blog, you have time to socialize on-line!! I am thinking we need a standing play-date each month this school year as well as a mommy-date, too! Maybe we will run into you guys at lunch tomorrow. :-)
